  Oh! One doctor I do know of that I had not thought to consider is Dr. Michael Pellegrini. He is an internal medicine specialist and geriatric care specialists that treats many homebound and assisted living patients (including my mom while in her facility), so I don't know his availability for private practice. I pulled up this site with his profile. Maybe contact his office for a referral? He generally works North... in all areas of North Austin... Central, East and West. He is highly respected in the field. His office would be a great place to start. He deals with it ALL. http://www.capitolhousecalls.com/#3274
