  Someone posted last year that South does not have a feeder team. You could check out Collegiate Prep Basketball. They run clinics throughout the year and you're likely to meet other people who can point you towards teams that are more competitive than the rec dept. I would also contact the middle and high school coaches in your area to see if they know of teams or clinics. Suwannee Sports Academy is another place you should look up. I believe they run clinics and have leagues. And I don't know everything Hoops n Sand offers so you could also look them up.
