Looking for recommendations. Both my kids have Mongoose bikes that we've only had for a few months & now the brakes don't work. Can anyone recommend an honest & affordable bike shop?

There might be something closer but I purchased my kids bikes from JRA and it's a nice small business. Plus they had a coupon through ChinookBook. I went to Greggs at Greenlake this weekend to try and buy a new helmet but they were too busy and I never got assistance. http://jrabikeshop.com/
Bike tune-up shop recommendations? I need to get a couple bicycles tuned-up after long periods of disuse. Any recommendations for the best shops in the greater Phinney/Greenwood area? I found JRA and G&O on Google, but I'm hoping someone has some personal experience to share. We want a shop that staffed by nice, helpful people, not arrogant, too-cool-for-school jerks that'll scoff at our lame non-fixie bikes. :)
Thanks!

I've used the JRA Bike Shop in Greenwood for years. They're great. http://jrabikeshop.com/
Best bike shop recommendations? I have a blown out tire on my jogging stroller and have had them repaired at Gregg's Cycle before but am wondering if there are places people like better?

JRA in northern Greenwood! They are so super helpful, affordable and never judgy or snobbish! http://www.jrabikeshop.com/
Anyone have suggestions on a great bike shop where I can buy a reasonably priced new/used bike? I am looking for great customer experience and understanding that I am not a hipster biking fiend aka won't make me feel dumb.
