  Looking for suggestions. I need to have the clapboard removed from the front of my house and anything needed underneath replaced before replacing the clapboard. Had a leaking window for a while so I am expecting some water damage or rot in some areas. I am looking for a reliable and responsive contractor that does quality work. Called a few already and it’s amazing how many say they will call you back then don’t bother. I want someone I don’t have to chase down and will keep the lines of communication open during the process.
