Hey, I have this guy who does tons of handy work. He did a ton of stuff in my friend's house (moving lights, replacing window frames, putting up over the range microwave, drywall, etc). He did some caulking, hung an over the range, and some baseboard work for me. He can basically do anything that's not masonry. I will PM you his information.
