I am a Residential Property Manager and deal with HOAs on a daily basis. In the 23 years I have been a PM, I have never dealt with such an unethical company such as Around the Clock. Every single instance I need to communicate with them has been extremely negative. I will go as far as say that they are racist. Yes, racist. I have a few examples that strongly suggest so. They also manage by attorneys. They can't pick up the phone or send emails. They send everything, and I mean everything, to their attorneys. You call and ask for your ledger, "please contact our attorneys." May I have a copy of the HOA Notice you claim you sent 5 times (you know you did not). "Sure, please contact our attorneys." Great- I finally have the information I need to answer your question from 20 days ago. That's OK, they provided 30 days notice to comply. $1000 more in fees to get my own information. Lien filed at 21 days because the extra surprise $1000 isn't paid. $610 is now almost $2000. Yes, that's right, $2000. All within 3 weeks.
Do yourself a favor and save on therapy bills. DO NOT purchase a home that Around the Clock Manages. I highly recommend the below HOA company. I have worked with this Manager over many communities and she goes above and beyond. This keeps owners, tenants and neighbors happy. A complete 180 from Around the Clock.

I'm looking for a good property management company that I can use to refer clients to who want to rent out their properties. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

Try calling Around the Clock, Inc., I'm pretty sure their office is in Auburn. They are the management company for our subdivision and they do a really great job. (253) 832-5000. If you call ask for James Tungsvik. Tell him (or them) that John Lyman from English Ridge referred you. http://www.aroundtheclockinc.com/
