They send everything, and I mean everything, to their attorneys. You call and ask for your ledger, "please contact our attorneys." May I have a copy of the HOA Notice you claim you sent 5 times (you know you did not). "Sure, please contact our attorneys." Great- I finally have the information I need to answer your question from 20 days ago. That's OK, they provided 30 days notice to comply. $1000 more in fees to get my own information. Lien filed at 21 days because the extra surprise $1000 isn't paid. $610 is now almost $2000. Yes, that's right, $2000. All within 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and save on therapy bills. DO NOT purchase a home that Around the Clock Manages. I highly recommend the below HOA company. I have worked with this Manager over many communities and she goes above and beyond. This keeps owners, tenants and neighbors happy. A complete 180 from Around the Clock.
