About us

A mix of HIIT, circuits and bootcamp style outdoor workouts without the military drill sergeant tactics! The emphasis is on having fun, working hard and turning that 'booty into beauty'!

Using a mix of bodyweight and various equipment, no two sessions are the same.

Our classes are suitable for all levels and are held at Imperial Park, Windsor and Dedworth Green First School at the following times:

Monday 7pm to 7.45pm (HIIT & Ab Attack class) - Dedworth Green First School, Windsor

Wednesday 7pm to 7.45pm (Circuits) - Dedworth Green First School, Windsor

Saturday 9.30am to 10.15am (Circuits/Bootcamp) - Imperial Park, Windsor

Bring a bottle of water and a friend(!) and come try us out!

They do them in places like Woking, chertsey and Guildford just with a personal trainer on the village green with a bit of music and some equipment..I really want to join one but not have to travel far or pay personal trainer prices..
