  [NoVa] Catering Help! Hello! The one thing we're behind on is picking a caterer. We're looking for pretty much anything tasty ideally as low as possible ($3,000-$5,000) range for 108 people-ish. Many of the places we're looking at have mandatory staff packages (the most recent one we looked at had 11 staff, which came out to be around $3300) which super inflate the price. Ideally we'd like to use higher quality disposable dishes so that should cut down on the need for folks clearing dishes. Anyway, if you have any recommendations in the northern virginia area, or suggestions on how to cut down on staffing costs please let me know, thanks!
