  Vet Recommendations for Surgery I just moved here fairly recently and I have a 9 year old dog. I brought her to a vet to have them look at a mass I found near her neck and they recommended that we put her under and have the mass removed, as it is in a place on her neck that is hard to get to. The quote they gave me was pretty steep compared to what I'm used to back in New England. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good vets that are reasonably priced. I live in Philly, but happy to travel to the burbs if need be.
