I also know to have enough rent etc for 6months at least but any other tips or information would be gratefully appreciated. Also how is the best way to get employment?   Hi Clare, when we moved over from the UK we used Britannia, they were great both packing in the UK and delivery here, not sure if they cover Poland. You could try http://www.phoenix-trans.com I know many people who have used them and all been very happy, Phoenix is based here in Gran Canaria but I know they do collect from other countries. All the best for your move to the sunshine.
