  Looked it up- www.movecheapcincinnati.com, starts at $55/hr for 2 movers for loading/unloading services and you can go up to 4 people. You provide the truck. I think they moved all my stuff in about 5 hours (I think we loaded the uhaul up two or three times, medium sized truck, and took it about half a mile down the road), more than an hour taken up by dealing with the cage problem.
