11 Olives is Seattle’s premier purveyor of the highest quality small-batch olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and coalescing products. Most “Extra Virgin” olive oil sold in the U.S. is not truly extra virgin. Our olive oils have passed the most rigorous standards in the world for quality and taste to be certified true Extra Virgin. We provide Seattle’s top chefs with exquisite olive oils and balsamics that add distinctive character to any dish. Our barrel-aged balsamics make the perfect accompaniment to our olive oils or stand on their own to add sublime dimensions to your favorite foods.
11 Olives olive oil comes from as close to home as possible. We have a “Little Naples” right here to the south of us and we are taking advantage of that to educate consumers that the best quality olive oil in the world is right here in the U.S. We seek out the best growers in California that cultivate olives under all the right conditions, including organically, and with processes that don’t require a lot of irrigation. Whereas most consumer olive oil is bottled and shipped from the other side of the world, we bottle 11 Olives by hand in Seattle ensuring our olive oils leave a minimum footprint.
Portion of proceeds will go toward supporting the West Seattle Food Bank to help eliminate hunger in West Seattle, and also to Futurewise to help promote healthy communities while protecting farmland, forests, and shorelines today and for future generations.
2 Qs...
*What's your favorite local Seattle olive oil brand?
*Does anyone by chance know a local company that makes custom/monogrammed cutting boards?
(I know there are a ton on Etsy but hoping to shop local)

Thanks for your response Mark Mizuno! ... I more meant that the small company is based here/ products distributed from here/ etc... like with 11 Olives: http://www.11 olives.com/our-story.html (we're thinking of going with them, just wanting to see if there are others we should know about)
