  I can't help you on where to grocery shop, but definitely check out Naan-n-Curry in Renton. It's not super fancy, but the food is AMAZING and the people are incredibly nice. I don't know if you have kids, but they are LOVELY with our kids. My daughter complimented them on the yogurt in her mango lassi and they sent us home with yogurt starter and instructions and stuff.
