We've just had a company called Abacus lay wetpour in our nursery outdoor play area. They can do a variety of surfaces. The company is based across UK with Scottish section based in Bathgate. Good luck seeking funding as we had to pay ours ourselves - we are a registered charity but nobody could help with costs. www.abacuspg.co.uk
