  Hey everyone, I need your help. When getting tackled yesterday during a Rugby match, I "scorpioned" my spine, a.k.a. I landed on my upper chest and my heels kicked back towards my head. I shook it off and played through the game feeling fine but now I've noticed significant acute pain in the middle portion of my back and on my spine.
