I would also take exception to his statement that without treatment that no improvement occurs. There are people in this group who have improved with no treatment of any sort by anybody. It is also clear in medical literature that spontaneous recovery can occur in some cases, even after a very long period of time (some years). Jan

As somebody who lost his smell and regained it I can assure you that the existence of bad smells is no reason to avoid being osmic. That's like telling a blind person they don't want to see because they might have to look at bad architecture ;-))) Mick
