Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
We have trainers from all over the Eastern Coast! All of us are very passionate about the relationship between dogs and their people, and have spent years learning about dog psychology and behaviors, specifically how to use this understanding to improve obedience.
Describe a typical work day for you?
Because our Board and Train dogs stay in the home of a trainer. We wake up and go straight to work! Letting the dogs out and training begins the moment that alarm goes off!
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
It's easy to be enthusiastic about our job when we get to work with dogs every day! Being a dog trainer is very rewarding and we love seeing dogs become a more enjoyable part of their family.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Communication is key! Make sure you are clear with your trainer on what your goals are for training. Because every dog is different we customize each training program based on your needs.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
We love getting to work with veterans and pairing them with service dogs to make day to day life easier.
