  Monmouth pain & Rehabilitation. 735-345-1377. I just completed rehab for neck pain and despite my initial skepticism I'm thrilled that my pain is gone with the help of Dr. Murray and the physical therapists. It's a casual office where everyone is friendly and accommodating.
