Your vet can do it for probably around $35. https://www.facebook.com/88811267762 Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia host a community pet day in NE with vaccines and a $10 chip but I'm not https://www.facebook.com/129130247145576 sure when the next date is. Also the PAWS Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic provides them
Does anyone know a low cost vet? Hey I am a student in west philadelphia and I recently took in a stray cat that a friend had under a porch. She is wonderful and incredibly friendly, but recently has developed a rash on the back of her neck that looks like mange. I don't have loads of cash but want to get her checked out ASAP, so if anyone has any recommended low cost vets please let me know. The closer to west philly the better as I dont have a car and would have to uber anywhere to far to walk. Thanks!

PAWS (phillypaws.org) has low cost clinics in the northeast and grays ferry. That is probably the best place to start.
Hey can anyone suggest a good, relatively decent priced vet for a cat?? My dude's diabetic and he's def been off lately and I need to have him checked out
