  Please share recommendations for a condo inspector/appraiser, please! Hey y'all! I'm working to get my condo ready to go on the market and am in need of recommendations for someone who might be able to provide both a property inspection and an appraisal in current condition. I'm planning to do some cosmetic renovations to prepare it for sale and before I start on those, I'd like to be aware of any issues/necessary repairs but I'd also like an idea of what it might be worth as-is. Extremely thorough. http://risaustin.com/ Yes, you are required to disclose anything you know but a potential buyer will do an inspection also and you will be required to disclose anything they tell you about also. There are limits to how much you can say you didn't know. For an Appraisal, unless you have a really unique property (and since it is a condo, I doubt it), there is no need to get an appraisal. Any Realtor can pull up sales data for your complex and together you can come up with a price based on how your unit compares.

  Our appliance service charge is $75 to look but we will credit the service charge back to the bill if we are awarded the job if it needs parts. There are sometimes where we are able to fix it on the spot and it not be more than the $75. www.risaustin.com
