  Hi SUADO, Can anyone recommend a behaviourist close to Mangere Bridge please? For the first time last week I witnessed my 2 dogs "pack" ... there was another dog safely indoors when we went to a "meet & greet" .... i let my rottweiller free first, left alone, she was fine. Minded her own business and even had a bum wiggle. I let my staff x out and they ran to the window together. I pulled my rott back to stay. My staff x left the window and minded his own business. I let them both go..... they ran to the window together again. Wth?! Thankfully, the dog inside was calm and didnt react at all, precious.... my rescue rott is a senior. Her issues don't affect our daily life. However, taking them for walks at the same time makes me nervous every time. My staff x is overwhelmingly friendly... which may offend some dogs and their owners. My rott..... too risky. We are all about giving her the best life now in her old age seeing as she doesnt have the quantity so much. My staff x does have quantity at 1.5yrs old... i do want to socialise him again but we need expert help me thinks before he gets a whole lot older... help please

  Any suggestions of kennels out east/south that have the dogs in runs beside each other, so they can play but not hurt each other? My girl used to go to Brookby but after a run in with a dog (not while at Brookby) has become super leash aggressive. She seems ok off lead most of the time but shows she is stressed around unknown dogs. Not wanting to put her in a stressful situation when we go away for a weekend next month. Thanks in advance

  If you explain the situation to Brookby lodge they should be able to accommodate for her. If you are wanting a long term solution though, getting a trainer on board to solve the leash reactivity would be a good idea. I have another female bundle of fluff as s companion who was a dream and easy to toilet train however I'm struggling with my newly acquired baby. We have routine he goes outside and toilets with my other dog and is praised/rewarded but then also toilets inside! I also have a dog door he can go in and out of. Any recommendations please

  Looking for any help/advice on food aggression. My boy is 2 and a half years old and has only started showing signs of food aggression this week. He's never had any problem with me or anyone while he's waiting to eat but now snaps and growls and gets all stiff when waiting for his food. Has anyone had any success in snapping their dogs out of this habbit? Thank you
