  We are now officially on the hunt for a good contractor. Furnace/humidifier leaked. Water accumulated, seeped under wall to living room under bookcase, . We found it because the stain from the bookcase started leaching into carpet, staining it. Now need new carpet. May need new stuff under it. May need new wall in furnace closet.... All recommendations eagerly sought .
