Any suggestions appreciated!Helen P. replied:We had a similar problem in August 2010 and someone referred us to CMS (Comprehensive Maintenance Services) out of Irmo. They replaced two boot flashings that were shot and checked our roof out and found no other problems. They were very professional a nd only charged us $175.00 Ph# (803) 732-5558 and Fax is (803)732-8975. We have had no other problems with our roof since then and it is 19 years old. It will be soon time to replace it.
