Apparently my dad used a guy named Juan (Cortez I think is his last name?). They were really happy and recommend him. He did a total reroof and added some vents, and was done in a day. He was the lowest bid they got, but he doesn't remember the exact amount. 803-309-3224 is his number.

Hate to hear that. We've been there. Our roof isn't that old but we did recently need a repair. We used L & L Total Home Improvements and liked them. Good price, too. I'm sure they'd give you an estimate.
