  Best Car Accident Lawyer in Houston? I was involved in an rear end collision on 45 south, the driver of the vehicle behind me was at fault. She admitted it was her fault for speeding and have me her insurance, the cop gave me the claim number and her admitting it was her fault. I went to the doctor for whiplash to my lower back and arm. I've never been in an accident, can y'all recommend a good car accident lawyer? Should I call her insurance and file a claim before I speak with a lawyer? This happened today but I don't want to call the insurance if I need to speak with a lawyer first, I also don't want to wait to long g before contacting her insurance.
