  In big need of some advice here... My mother had saved up enough money for her dream project - a new kitchen for the home she's lived in for the last 30 years. She was referred to a cabinet maker and to make a long story short, he's strung her along for the last 2 months after he demolished the kitchen and received down payment. She's spent the last two months doing dishes in her bathroom, with all of her kitchen gear in the living room. It's a mess and I don't know how she does it, but she's obviously been taken advantage of. I managed to get the guys number and threatened to report him to the sheriff at RPD's instruction, and he finally came and installed cabinet frame (no doors, drawers, ceiling trim). She still needs countertops on top of that, and sink/appliances can't be hooked up until those are done. This guy's untrustworthy, and he wants more money before finishing the job. I refuse to let him string her along. If you know a trustworthy contractor who can finish the job, I'd sincerely appreciate it. Hate seeing my mom deal with this and she's feeling incredible down on herself. Thanks for any assistance!
