(Downtown and surrounding area) We’re first time buyers looking in the downtown and surrounding area (hintonburg, centretown west, sandy hill, etc). Are there any first time buyers in the area who have navigated this insanity and can recommend their realtor? We’d like someone knowledge about the market who can be straight with us about the process, expectations, etc. and who we can trust to provide us with some guidance as this is our first time doing this.
