Theres a handful that do descent work but every other tattoo artist is crap. If you want an actual good tattoo go to "made to last tattoos" in charlotte. Every single artist there is a 5 star tattooer. Yeah its going to be expensive but a tattoo is something that is permenant. So unless you want some crack head junkie tattoo. For the love of good do some research and save some money and go too an actual tattoo artist. Emphasis on the Artist. Cause any retard can tattoo. But it takes someone special to be an artist.
