I rented an apartment in Rechavia( the most expensive neighborhood in jerusalem and supposedly the safest)for 1 month. immediately in the beginning of my stay i had a leak! I warned the owners a few times but they took too long to come and fix it .I traveled out of town for two days and when I came back for my surprise and chock i see that the leak has been fixed .But the worst They stole my us$4,000 !!! all the money that I brought to the trip.without my knowledge and permission They entered in the apartment when I was not dear .Also coincidentally my sister rented from them in the same season as me and they also stole from her us$2,500!!! Both apartments has access code on the door and later We learned that all employees know the code number. anyone can enter the time they wish! I rent an expensive apartment for security not to be stolen inside my own home.the company does not do anything about it ! they are solely responsible for the thefts. I strongly recommend,stay away from this company for your journey should not become a nightmare like mine !!!Thank you for your feedback. -
