  My doctor, Dr. Vaid, south county internal medicine, I have my back problems as you know, he prescribed me Vicodin years ago and have increase it to 150 10/325, a month, I feel much better, tell them I referred you, 314-543-5222, great doctor, and takes charters insurance.
