  Hi Eva :) Have you considered the Adult Autism Clinic at UW? SPD and Autism overlap in many areas. SPD is not in DSM so finding a specialist in SPD will be difficult. However a neurologist specializing in Autism will certainly be more likely to be knowledgeable about Sensory/SPD. http://www.uwmedicine.org/.../pages/clinic.aspx...

  Agreed, the docs at Hall Health are pretty good, as are the ones at any of the UW Medicine clinics. Some of the people in the Hall Health Sports Medicine Clinic, for instance, are also family practice/GP doctors. Some of my faves: Britt Murphy (a nurse practitioner GP), Jon Drezner (sports med/GP), and Ashwin Rao (sports med/GP). I've seen all of those docs over the past few years and liked all of them a lot.
