  John recommends Orthopedic Physicians Associates, 206-386-2600, www.opaortho.com. Don't know about Bridgespan - you'll have to ask, but I don't see it on the list of insurance plans they DON'T work with. They're on Pill Hill somewhere. Their clinic is associated with Swedish Hospital. There are several specialists; one of them, Lawrence Holland, does the work for the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners, but plenty of other sports doctors.

  The best (I've used them for my back surgery and knee injury) are the folks at Orthopedic Physician Associates, part of Swedish Hospital. Use me as a referral. I have seen Dr. Jeff Garr and Dr. Jason King. I don't know who specializes in ankles, but reception can guide you. See: http://www.opaortho.com/
