It radiates mostly from the elbow and up to the shoulder, down to my wrist. I have been to the Rinehart clinic a few times but it seems like there is nothing that can be done besides stretching?   You may want to get a referral to a specialist. I know Dr. Puziss is amazing. He is out in Beaverton, and is a specialist, but he would be able to get to the root of the problem. http://www.puziss.com/
