  Dr Benjamin Widmer at Tosh in Murray 5848 S Fashion Blvd Ste 120 Murray 801-314-4900 They have a really good Physical Therapy Team also I wrecked on my Bike and had a torn rotator cuff and a huge tear in my bicep less than a year ago and I'm back to 100%
