  Contact Premier Travel in Philadelphia. http://www.premiertours.com/ 1-800-545-1910 They have a sale going right now for low season fares (Departure dates:13 Sept- 9 Dec 2013 and 10 Jan - 31 Mar 2014). Need to purchase ticket by August 8 th to get the low season sale prices. FYI: Premier usually matches - or even betters - the flight prices on flysaa.com, and in the past they would give you some time to pay for the ticket (didn't have to pay 100% at time of booking). But it depended on how far in advance you booked.
