  Michael, from Summer Heating and Cooling (Broad Ripple HVAC) is getting the furnace put back to working order. It needed a new blower motor, the old one would "freeze up" after a few seconds of running. We are looking to June-July to replace the furnace with a higher efficiency....I just need some heat now. ;-) What a joy to have a courteous, honest young man to work on Transition Home......a rare find these days!
