  Go to spinehealth.com, not for recommendations for doctors but for journal articles, videos and descriptions of everything spine related and the best part for me is the different forums where you can talk to and get advice from other spine patients all over the world. They have info on everything from holistic approach to major surgeries. I've had a 2 level fusion in June last year and in January I had a foraminotomy. Dr. Choi did my fusion and I loved him. His partner Dr Madsen did my last one and I'm not so pleased. I did get 4 opinions before surgery. If you want to talk to me about anything feel free to message me
