  We recently moved from Hawaii to be closer to family. We are now looking for a home to rent in Prescott, PV or Chino Valley. It's been difficult to say the least. I wish there was ONE place where everyone would list. Instead, you have to search through every property management site individually and I'm sure I've missed some! So, I'm looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, two car garage, at least 1400 sq ft. ( we were living in a 3,000 sq ft, lots of stuff) yard big enough for a trampoline, allows a cat (very well behaved) and is under $1400 a month. We have one 10 year old son at home. We are staying with my parents until we find a place so we can wait for a place if necessary. Anyone have any place? TIA !

  Www.prescotthomeinfo.com has all the currently available properties, but if you can get a hold of Dave, he can find out if he has anything coming available soon that will work. Oh and from personal experience, avoid TNT like the plague. Bunch of crooks
