I would stay away from Journey Real Estate also... They refuse to make any repairs and tell you that it is your responsibility... Even the super crappy garbage disposal, that we complained about when we moved in

Lauren Scott ya ive talked to a couple ppl at work that dealt with them they charge us for any little thing that needs to be fixed we have rented with them for 3 years everything was ok till six months ago when they sent some guy out to weed eat all our weeds when they werent high and before that they used to send out letters telling us to cut or do whatever but they never sent a letter and then a week later got a bill for 40$ for yard work lol their a joke we paid 850 for 3 years they told us they are raising the rent to 875 im like I can find a way nicer place for way less the only thing stopping us is we have animals no one wanta to rent if u have pets they are doing a interior expectiom next week they always find something wrong when they come do it lol

We had good experience with Central Highlands. Love that they are very pet friendly and have nice rentals that accept any breed of dog.
