  Yes, Ben, they take that insurance... that's what I used to have and now I have Blue Shield/Blue Cross. Sports Medicine Clinic is part of UW now I believe. So I believe they take more insurance than you can imagine. (I had a super unknown one a few months back and they took it too) Regence Blue Shield- you are on good hands!

  UW sports medicine: (206) 368-6100. They are hands down the best sports med doctors in the area. I have been to many different clinics, and no one has been as good as them. As proof of theor effectthey are used by all the local collage athletes, local pro athletes, and their Dr's are routinely named in the "Top 100 local Doctors".
