With more than 20 years of experience, Chwarae Teg is the leading professional agency for the economic development of women in Wales.
We champion education, entrepreneurship, work-life balance and flexible working, helping women to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from making a full and consistent contribution within the economy.
Since 1992 we’ve been working to help ensure that women in Wales can enter the workplace, develop their skills and build rewarding careers.
We work closely with the government, academics and industry to influence the development of policies.
