  Apologies in advance for such a stupid question, but I'm a total beginner. Had a sewing machine from my in-laws for my birthday, my mother-in-law has helped me make some curtains & I've made some cushion covers on my own. Mother-in-law lives hundreds of miles away & doesn't do quilting even though she's an experienced seamstress. I've tried advertising locally for a group or someone who can teach me to no avail. Can anyone on here recommend a very basic book for me? Thank you xxxx
