ISO a local realtor or mortgage broker. I am sick of paying a ridiculous amount for rent and would like to buy a home. The problem is my credit isn't great and I don't have $ for a down payment. I keep hearing about programs that are out there for down payment assistance, etc. But every time I talk to a realtor or mortgage broker they take my info, tell me they can't help and then disappear. If anybody in the area is a miracle worker and thinks they can help, please message me.
