  I'm assuming you are asking for non-chain places. Game Trader in Madison/Rivergate area is a great place for used rare games and systems. The Great Escape (2 stores: Madison, Charlotte Ave) and McKay's (in Bellevue) also have used games, many are priced very cheaply.
