Many businesses didn 't return after the flood. Doziers Catfish is one we miss. I've seen many consignment places come and go. The building Sunrise is in has been at least 4 different restaurants since I've lived here. The donut place was a nice place to go that probably didn't last a year. Tanning and Nail places seem to come and go. Richardson's Furniture is in the process of closing down.

Used book stores there are tons but if you are looking for thrift Thrift Smart on Nolensville has TONS of books. Used book stores, Book Man Book Woman in Hillsborough Village and Rhino Books on Charlotte Pike.

Have not had it appraised. It was a find at an old antique store.... I love the smell of old books and found this room filled with old books. I felt like Burgess Meredith in "time enough at last". LOL I have it put up and was planning on researching but never got around to it. Since I love all the stuff with it, it is not gong anywhere.:o)
