  Hi I have tried many different Barbers in the city and am still struggling to find a really good cutter. I did find a very good one near European Union, but the shop closed down. I am not looking for someone who cuts with clippers but gives a good scissor cut. Can anyone recommend somewhere for a man's haircut? Thanks in advance.
