  That's a great request! If you self-pay, you'll get a different kind of treatment than if insurance is only going to reimburse them $40 (or whatever) for the half hour. Not sure if these folks have a Boston-based therapist currently, but anyone who's trained with them will get you straight. You should see if there is someone around here to evaluate and treat you.
