Does anyone here have a good therapist they recommend, specifically someone who does CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)? Moving to Baltimore next week, starting a new job and life. I want to be better and stronly believe I need therapy, specifically CBT. It's hard to just google and read reviews... Some reviews can be fake. Need recommendations. Thanks!

I go to Chase Brexton, they are amazing, and they have pretty much every type of health provider, a pharmacy, and a lab all in one building. 10/10 recommend. 1111 North Charles Street. https://www.chasebrexton.org/

Transition resources in Baltimore County? I'm in my early 30s and came out as an MTF transgender woman about a year and a half ago. The place I was living at the time - a hyperconservative area in the middle of Michigan - afforded absolutely nothing in terms of transgender care, so it sort of slipped my mind that I could even get support at all.
Recently, though, I've moved back to the area I grew up in, northern Baltimore County in Maryland, and immediately sought out a therapist who deals with trans issues (who's been excellent), but I'm stuck on finding other resources - specifically an endocrinologist, since the endo my therapist used to recommend just retired. I don't have insurance, so I can't get a recommendation that way, and I'm honestly not sure where to even start looking.
Any thoughts on resources (especially medical resources) for someone looking to *start* transitioning after 30 in Baltimore County? Thanks!

I had to look up how far north Baltimore County goes [not a MD native, though I've lived here for 10+ years]... Pretty far north! If Baltimore isn't too far a haul, they have [Chase Brexton](http://www.chasebrexton.org/), a sliding scale LGBT/community clinic, which I think does informed consent HRT. If nothing else, they might be able to point you towards other resources/providers.
