  Does anyone know a solicitor (preferably in the north west) who could help a landlord who is being taken to court for unlawful eviction? Tenant left, gave keys back, told me he had gone but 2 days later gone to council and complained. Did not contact me in the meantime. New tenancy in place so he is unable to come back but I have offered him something else but he has refused.
