  Lawyer needed: looking for recommendations for a litigation lawyer who preferably has experience with dealing with vehicle manufacturers warranty claims. Basically one of my vehicles suffered a mechanical break down where the clutch failed resulting in the gearbox being destroyed at 60000km. The manufacturer claims driver input caused the damage but cannot provide more details (case at my insistence was sent to international head office). I only had the vehicle for 3 months and drove 8000km. Previously the vehicle was owned by a dealership of the manufacturer as a road side assistance vehicle and driven by several other drivers employed by the dealership.
